As well as shooting fungi in the woods I also took the MP-E65 to see what I could find in the leaf litter. Here are a few of my best shots.
1. My first ever sight of a pseudoscorpion, so I was excited about this. Sadly it was the only shot I got before he cleared off.
2. A small crane fly, probably Limonia nubeculosa.
3. A small yellow fly, that was very fond of some of the fungi I was shooting. Seems to be Norellisoma spinimanum.
4. My first globular springtail of the season. It's very pale - any suggestions for identification would be very welcome.
