photoshop actions with logo?

Im trying to get my logo to work with actions so I press actions and drag my logo to the picture from another project in photoshop and I press play and it doesnt work.It says "the command move currently unavalable".anyone know how to do this?
any help is much appreciated

I wouldn't drag and drop, that's unreliable, as you've found out. I'd use File > Place instead.
