This is actually a crosspost from the 11-16 thread, but I wanted to share it there for technical reasons and here for aesthetics ;)

These were shot in the area called Paleiskwartier rear the trainstation of 's-Hertogenbosch in the Netherlands. These buildings represent a ship and sails. The ship is an office building and the sails are resedential.

#1: Rather lucky balloon sighting, topping off my composition :)

#2: B/Y + some rather heavy HDR processing. Suits the scene I think.

#3: B/Y polarizer going crazy here!

#4: Mandatory 90 seconds exposure to finish off.

Nice shots! Really loving #1 & #3. #2 is too much HDR for me. Funny to see the building I see everyday travelling to school. What is the aperture used for #4?

Thanks :)

#4 was shot at F/11 @ ISO 160. I tried some different processing workflows in this set, or it'd become boring. If you know the scene, #2 is quite an aggressive edit, but oddly enough is the one that stands out in views. I found it posted on a blog (external link) this morning :)
