I want to get rid of a piece of cloth on this photo, it's the piece on her bum, anybody know the best way to do this??

It takes some practice! General skin touch up's, as this is a main focal point it will have to be quite tidy Damo77 wrote in post #11209213 It's a good image to practice on. Take your time!
