I'm just starting to experiment with this technique and I know I need to work on keeping the camera level from shot to shot. You can get some freeware software called stereophotomaker which is very good for aligning the shots after to get all the elements in the pair horizontally aligned. http://www.flickr.com/photos/lordv/
