what program can post pross like this (example)

I wanted a program that can edit color, contrast, and the look of the video. Also something that is rather pro and has a lot of flexibilty.

What would be recommended?

I have windows so maybe Sony Vegas or Adobe Premiere, or... ? I tried Adobe Premiere before... I have some experience in final cut pro for MAC, but this is minimal... I've seen some really nice videos done with Sony Vegas before though.

Adobe Premiere and Final Cut will work. You're looking at "color correcting". But no color correcting has to match how you're shooting though.

Final cut and adobe after effects are my personal weapons of choice.

Adobe After Effects, Premiere and Apple Final Cut are you best bet with built in colour corrector.

I find using RGB curves in Premiere CS5 can get me 80% of the way in terms of CC.
For specialised effects like that then a good tool to use would be Magic Bullet Looks, I love it, cuts working time in half.

Adobe After Effects comes with the Color Finesse plugin which is awesome.

some of those shots are worth hundreds of thousands. that can be achieved in final cut, premiere, avid, hell if you have good enough video windows movie maker, its not the program its a combination the content and the quality of the shooting.

yes it is all about shooting mainly, but I am talking about post processing... for color, contrast, etc... to make it have that professional look, not just plain borning video straight from the camera.

so adobe after affects seems like the best bet?

You're right colour in post is still very important no matter how well lit the scene is.

Anyway AE probably is best for you, so long as you have another program to cut with.

This isn't your standard color correction and i doubt it was achieved with color correction. It was most likely that a color grading program was used such as apple's color or davinci.

Color correction is color color correction. Whether it's balancing different shots together or establishing a look. It doesn't matter what software you use.

Seems perfectly achievable with standard CC tools like colour wheels and curves so long you know what you're doing.

Magic Bullet Looks would be the quickest way.
