After you have used a Rocket Blower to remove dust, is it okay to use Pec Pads and Eclipse to clean the lens? Or is it strictly for the sensor? Thanks.

LightRules Return of the Jedi 9,911 posts Likes: 5 Joined Jun 2005 More info | Aug 30, 2005 18:33 | #2 For the lens front element, simply use a microfiber/lens tissue with a drop(s) of lens solution, then wipe in a circular motion. In all honesty though, you don't need to clean/wipe your front element all that much. Air blowers are by and far sufficient.

Get a kit from a local store or from copperhill, they do good lens cleaning kits as well as sensor cleaning kits. Professional wedding photographer, solution architect and general technical guy with multiple Amazon Web Services certifications.
