#2 is my favorite, maybe a little more post-processing to make the colors pop more on that image. Good job with the photoshoot.

Great work! I like #3 the best. In #1, his hands just need to be a little higher. Kidding of course, great composition.

#1 is hugely unflattering. Look at how wide it makes her chin and neck look. She's a tiny little thing, don't make her look like she's not. #2 is a nice classic one and #3 works as well.
