I have to say that this shot is very interesting. The bricks in the foreground are distracting, but the PP is great. I like the selective coloring on the leaves.

I like it a lot. Nice composition. Excellent use of color and monochromatic print theme. Nice play on light with the shadows and leaf highlights. It's a little busy in terms of layers bottom to top (near the bottom) but because each layer is a unique texture it works.

I really like this image, I think the composition is good. The selective coloring works well imo, but I am not sure if I like it on the roof. Love the shadows on the house.

Righton, thanks for feedback everyone. I also found the wall pretty distracting in the original but I think it works abit better with selective color and then re-adding color back to the wall. I tried it a few ways... with and without the color on the roof and I think it's working abit better with the roof color. The picture itself was taken at a Eighteenth Century estate in the Blue Ridge mountains. This was the carriage house.
