Quantum Intruments Turbo SC/Blade Recycle Time

I've been thinking about buying one of these for a while now. I had a quick question regarding recycle time on these things.

I know the website gives details on recycle time at full power. But I'm not shooting full power. In fact most of the time I'm merely filling.

On the other hand I could use something that recycled quicker than 3 times a second at low power settings, since my 5D can shoot 3 frames per second.

I would love to hear from anyone who has experience with this. Thanks in advance.

I assume that it's less the Turbo-Battery which limits machineGunFlashFire.
It'll be the flash itself which becomes too hot after a (relatively short) while.
I have no Turbo SC but some Turbo 2x2.
The Turbo SC is 1,4 recycling time(shoe mount) in full flash mode.
The 2x2 is 1 second(shoe mount).
I can fire endless flashes in camera-speed-mode with the Turbo 2x2 with a Metz 70 MZ-5 in two thirds power mode-
until the Metz begins to start the cooling fan or begins to smoke.
