5D mark II AF point illumination

Are the AF points on the 5D mark II supposed to light up completely red (the boxes I mean)? On the bottom AF points of my refurb 5D mark II, the bottom corners of the AF points appear black, as if they aren't fully illuminated red.


7D, 5D mark II
17-40, 24-70 II, 70-200 f/4 IS, Zeiss 35/2, 85/1.8, 135/2, 400/5.6

Sometimes there are discrepancies like you describe in some cameras. It doesn't affect the proper operation of the camera.
