San Diego Surf at Sunset Cliffs on 11-03-10

Here's a few shots from Sunset Cliffs. The conditions were great with hot air temp and glassy waves. All shots taken with the 200mm MKI prime and a Kenko 1.4X telecon.

I'm actually starting to think about a longer lens such as Canon 100-400mm or the prime 400mm. Maybe I should just stick to another surfboard as used boards are much cheaper.

Nice shots! Some of my buddies were out surfing Cliffs in the morning. There were definite 10'+ waves out there.

I shoot with the 200/2.8LII on a T2i and I've been finding it pretty short, too. I'm looking at the 100-400L for an upgrade to my setup. That 400L prime would be perfect if it wasn't so expensive...

I have a 100-400 L for sell if anyone is interested in it. Original owner for about 2 years now. Just want to sell it for a 300 2.8 L.
