Noise - in this shot = texture (call it artistic license) - I know it's not everyone's taste - but I do like noise in moderation ...

Web cam - sorry I don't even own one - but will be sure to get one to compare

I think I'd try different cropping, and the cheek is just a tad bright, but overall I like it.
