It just occurred to me that in reading another thread, that I've shot a lot of other photographers weddings/(portraits mostly) and I really did find it different than shooting "civilians", easier in some ways, harder in others. I find that when shooting another photographer, they tend to know how to pose and I don't have to direct them as much. For example, guys will instinctively know that when you are shooting the first wedding dance, that at some point they will dip the bride and look to the camera. It is harder in the sense that they sometimes micro manage a situation. I said all that to say this: how have you felt it "different", good or bad, when shooting other professional photographers?

I guess it depends on the type of photographer they are. I would never purposely look at the camera - because it irritates the crap out of me when I get chronic CHEESERS who want to look at the camera and smile constantly, even when it's supposed to be candid.

I am super cool n' stuff.
