LR to PS.. Color Changing

I'm not really sure whats happening to my images.

I mainly process using Lightroom and have never had any problems with the color after.

I'm working on my cousin's Save the Date mail outs. I noticed that the color shift/change happens after I fiddle with it using photoshop. The only thing I'm doing on photoshop is adding text, resize image and attach to template that the Card company provided.

After using PS, I notice some of the images gets darker, has either blue or pink hue.

Any ideas?

Is the "card template" CMYK by any chance?

Yes! The card template is CYMK.. is that whats affecting the final photo?

Unless you're using a color managed viewer (Photoshop) it's likely the application cannot handle CMYK.
What are you viewing them in?
