Hi All!! Dang its getting cold out there! Tonight I did my first night exposure EVER! Such a thrill! I set up my metal tripod in low 30 temps, with a breeze blowing and held my breath... What do you all think? Since this is my first, where can I improve? What can I do differently? I used my Tamron 28-75 on 450D so it wasn't as wide as I would of liked, buuuut you make do with what you have!

Ok let me have it! My shot of Pittsburgh, PA from Mt. Washington.

Excellent. The white balance looks just right and I like the fact that the image is dark. So many night shots I've seen are too bright in my opinion and don't look natural at all.

Nice shot. I like the star and the reflections in the river. I happened to stay on the 14th floor of a nearby hotel, and forgot my camera at home!

Excellent, very professional looking.
The water looks like glass, I can't believe that's shot on ISO 100!

There are such great views from that area, maybe next time! Thank you all again! I would say I am anxious for winter to do another but I would be lying! haha!
