Last Hibiscus flower of the year?

Hey all, I noticed the other day that my potted Hibiscus had set bulbs, and this very well may be the last time (until spring) that this blooms, So naturally, I shot it...
Two shots, one color, one b&w...
which is preferred, and CC is welcome!

color for sure. i would clone out the spots around the flower in the b/w. Cool shots though.

The red is a real eye magnet.
Not sure the placement lower left in a field of black works as art.
But it would work of you wanted to put text on the right.
And the sharp angle light is nicely done.
