There's a supernova in Leo

Just wondered if anyone has managed to take a photo of the new supernova that was discovered on Friday night?

would be interesting to see what there. I don't have a scope that will pick up the Mag 12 event. My dad has a C11 that will do the job but Leo doesn't get to imaging height until 3am right now.

First i've heard of this and very interesting . Same here , Leo is too late at rise for not for me but that SN should be visible in scopes for some time hopefully .

It would be interesting if someone manages to take a photo with their scopes. Although, I have no idea on what it would look like. From the picture on the website, it just looked like a star.
