option 1: silver
option 2: gold
option 3: don't

it's christmas time again ... my relatives ask me for my wishlist, so i'm making one of my "wants" lists (i pretty much buy my "needs") to make their lives easier.

i'm supposed to put some very "budget" items in the list, so this is one of them, i'm not sure if i should put this item in though ...

IMAGE: http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a330/superribbit/help%20pics/1.jpg

notes:
i don't know if it's available over there (i'm in another country)
it's fairly cheap
no, i can't source one for anybody ;)

To each his own, but I wouldn't be caught dead with something like that.

I wouldn't add any of that sort, I think the bare black look suits the camera just right.

Besides these stickers (?) look completely out of place.

Unless you are the kind who wears badly fitting jeans, flashy shoes and excessive gold jewellery - don't.

lol...

Magazine subscription, lens pens, remote shutter releases, camera bags, etc are the "cheap" gifts you should put on your list :)

except for the lens pen, not really the "Cheap" i was looking for :)

i have both remote and wired shutter release already

but i did put in some pouches (e.g. thinktank flash pouch, lowepro small camera pouch, hand strap and eneloops as "cheap")

r-strap rs-7 and joey 2 as "semi cheap"

and for the "crazy impossible" : zeiss 100/2 ; think tank airport acceleration ; benro tripod and ballhead set

i put this on a webpage they can go to so they don't have to ask for the physical list ... and i have to put as many variable priced items in it so they can mix and match depending on their budget. though they have to talk amongst themselves who's going to get what ... usually channeled through my wife.

problem with making a list, i have this urge to buy them for myself ... so i have to put in stuff i don't really need immediately

That gold one reminds me of the movie Coming To America. The scene where the guy tries to sell them all their own gold plated stuff.

have the ones in red (though i can do more straps) listed them last year

the bobble head thing is interesting, i'll check amazon ... though i'm not sure what search word to use (bobblehead puts in 7000+ hits)

what are lens clothes?
