I can't give much in the way of advice, but I think it's very nice! I like the colors in the water!

Excellent pic and well framed.
The line of black trees cuts the image in half nicely and I love the rainbow of colours on the water.
If I was messing about with this in Photoshop I might be tempted to see what it looks like with the skyscrapers darkened ever so slightly so that the light from the window is a bit less blown out.

It might not work, but it might improve it you never know.

I think a different crop my work. The trees/buildings are too central (vertical) and I would try to push more towards the 3rds. I would be tempted to loose some of the sky as the reflection is so nice.
Note: Tomorrow, I would probably say that the sky is great so loose some of the water !! Perhaps that is why it is cropped the way you have done - get the best of both.

Very nice details and color. Normally I would mention the rule of thirds, but splitting the waterline at 1/2 works here. Although a 4x5 crop with a 1/3 rule applied would have worked too.
