There's some nice light at this time of year (in between the cloud). I think this would benefit from not having so much of the lower portion of the image in shadows. The contrast between light and shadow is good but moving forward to the edge of that patch of shadow and making more of that contrast with the area to the right of the middle-ground would have worked, in my opinion.

Apart from that the exposure looks good which is the main thing when working with light such as this. Some people might suggest more foreground interest but if your light itself is interesting enough, you can get away without it (and sometimes forcing the issue when there isn't really anything especially interesting but you try to thrust significance upon something through focus or composition doesn't have the desired effect and creates a slightly clumbsy image) and produce an interesting image of light and colour alone.
