I have searched this forum and the internet for information on this subject. I can not figure out what situation applies to me. I was asked by a neighbour who was hired to put a promotional video together for a non-profit old age home that was recently renovated to take pictures with my 20D of the new additions. I am doing this free as a favour for him, but I am unsure if there are any legal issues involved. I am not making any money and all original pictures that will or will not be used in the video will be given to the home for their records. Does anyone know if I need a property release form?
Any information would be great.
