Nov 09, 2010 09:05 | #2 Sorry, don't know about that mic. I use a Rode on my 7D, and it works great. Don't know if it would work with a 5D, but it should.

Freff Senior Member 910 posts Likes: 3 Joined Aug 2005 Location: South Wales. UK More info | I have used this mike for years on my Canon video cameras. When everything went digital I bought the MKE 300D which was meant for digital, but I found no noticable difference between the two. I think they were great mikes in their day. Tony
