Another "How's this look" thread

i have a couple blog sites so i already have a host . setting up new domain was a snap. however, picking the right presentation, re: template, that's proving to be tougher than i thought. i came across a template that's extremely flexible, but simple. right now i have large thumbnails, but i can easily reformat the look to show rows of let's say, 300x300 thumbs, which i may do when i get more content. anyways, all critiques appreciated.

p.s.- so far my only gripe is that a lot of my non computer savvy friends don't know that they're thumbnails, which means they're clickable images(to expand).

You could use a tool tip on hover that says "click me". Frankly the thumbnails are so large that you may as well display the whole image. I think you want to build interest and have people click to a larger image. A casual viewer my see those and not even want to click into the large files.

I think that works much better. Is there a way you can change the thumbnail centering, specifically the seagull? He seems to be out of frame a bit.

Thank you for the compliment on my work. As you can see I have adopted a simple setup for my website. Speed of updates is key for me. Always tinkering of course.
