And that's exactly why I went with smugmug. They can handle the cart and keep it up to date/secured. They can handle the credit cards. And services like smug and zen certainly have a better storage scheme than going with my own host. I find that the most valuable thing actually. The rest is cake =)

From this thread it does appear that they try to help with issues though, most other companies do not go to that level of support to answer in forums, especially ones that they don't own!

Agreed...In my experience Smugmug has some of the best support around.
