I looked at this last night and did not comment. This morning I see no one else has either...
I could be totally wrong but my first impression was that there is to much green in the conversions. I don't know if green is "sepia". I like the photos, looks like you have a "ham" at your disposal. Very photogenic.

I picked an orange/yellow color to add the sepia effect. maybe my color selection was off.
