Last week while I was waiting for my clients to arrive at The Grove in Los Angeles, I came across this outdoor set. I didn't know it, but apparently Extra tapes its shows at The Grove. The guests for that day were cast members of NBC's show Outsourced. I thought it was cool because I actually watch the show. btw, I liked the movie, too.

As you can imagine, it takes a whole crew to tape a show like Extra on location. I had fun taking a few pics before my session. Thanks for looking!

Nice shots, Tim. Never watched Outsourced, but recognize a couple of the people, including Mario Lopez.

How much lighting did they have on location? Only reason I ask, is you seem to master what ever lighting conditions you have to work with. It looks like having your gear with you got you some good access to the behind the scenes shots.

Thanks moeronn! They had two lights. When I took a peek at the monitor, I could tell the stage was very well lit! Set up must have taken a while!

Honestly the TV show sucks compared to the movie... if you want to see some real humor watch the movie...

Nice shots tim.
