Frederique-

I've seen the help page for this forum on how to post a photo right there to see but it is a bit confusing. Do I open the photo I would want to post in Internet Explorer then copy & paste that url??

I used to be able to insert photos in e-mail, but now I can only do this using attachments. I'm thinking a dll (?) file in Outlook Express is corrupted, missing or damaged in some way.

I know Outlook Express is not a G3 or related, but can you give any insight into this? I may have downloaded one of Window's Updates, and wonder if that may have screwed something up. I run Win ME, and one thing, it does not lock up (when I want to shut down) like it used too.

Best regards, keep shooting-

Kerry

Hi Kowen,

First I was puzzled how to do it, that was why I posted this thread. After reading the help text, finally I was able to post the picture. Here are the steps:
1. Upload your picture to a website.
2. Copy the URL of your picture.
3. Type: img(in brackets)paste your picture URL/img(in brackets)

Sorry I can't type the exact text in step 3 here, the program assumes I am posting a picture. Please refer to the help text.
Good luck. I hope to see more pics from other members of this forum. It's spring, time to go out and shoot, shoot and shoot.

getg3,

I meant post the link to the photo not the photo itself. But I see you got it to work, so share how you did it.

LOL

NILOLIGIST,

Click on Help at the top of this page, scroll down to UBBC codes and you will find Embed Image. Type those red text with the link to your picture in between. I don't know what the maximum size of the image is allowed to be posted here, but I suggest to resize your picture to medium size.

I hope everybody can share their pictures here. Good luck and keep snapping!

kowen,

OMG !!! Sorry, I just saw this post. Is it to late to answer you? You are one of my favorite people and I would never ever ignore you. Did you get the problem resolved?

I will try and duplicate your issue when I get home and see if I can help.

Again, sorry!!!

Nils-

Got it, thanks though. Been feeling under the weather (re: mia at work...heh heh) with head/chest cold. The break from work is welcome, and have not been shooting much at all lately, but will. If for anything, I want to shoot a young Sycamore I planted (given from a friend) and e-mail her the pic just to ask about pruning the top off (I probably will) but am making it my next "assignment". I recently gave it some "Miracle Grow" so that's that.

Yes, I'm off topic.....

Kerry
