I like #3 the best -- interesting use of light and pretty subject. #2 is interesting, but #1 doesn't do much for me and I don't like the expression in the last one. Nice photography overall. :)

#1 and #3 are awesome, great composition in both of them. The rest are good as well.

I appreciate the feedback guys, thanks. Here's one from yesterday that I liked. Let me know what you think.

Thanks again

I love #2 and #3.
#4 looks a bit soft.

They are all very nice! But since this is the Critique corner, here are some harsh criticisms:
1) The clouds are very strange, especially the one that appears to connect the two largest towers.
2) The horizontal lines are not all parallel with the edges of the photograph -- this is especially pronounced at the bottom edge. Consider using a Perspective tool to fix this.
3) The highlights near the top edge should be bright enough to still appear white even if vignetted. But of course, if it was first clipped by the image sensor and then the artificial vignetting was applied, then the clipped white would get degraded to an ugly grey.
4) Possibly out of focus...? The cool color temperature of the face compared with the orange background makes it seem as though it has a sickly blue cast.
5) The shadowed bottom part of the image seems to be unnecessary and only distracts from the nice backlit leaf that is the focus.

I like everything about #2:

The geometric nature, the repeating lines of the siding combined with the randomness of the flaking paint, the subtle tones of the old siding contrasted with the strong blue reflected in the window, the objects barely seen through the window making the viewer wonder "what's in there?", the position of the window in the image frame, the rectangle in a rectangle in a rectangle of the window.

Only thing I would fix is that bottom right corner, as has been mentioned already.

Wouldn't complain if someone gave me a matted, framed 16x20 of that one....

#4: Interesting photo, but I think the highlights on the face are too bright, almost blown. Good, crisp focus on the eyes, though.

#5: DOF seems to be so shallow that not all of the leaves are in focus. Not necessarily bad; depends on the intended "style."

Edit: Sorry, got the numbers wrong. Meant to refer to photos of the person and then the leaves. Edited to fix the references.

I think #3 is cool. You took a somewhat uninteresting subject (weeds) and created good photograph.

Thanks for all the feedback guys! Number four is in focus, maybe I went a little too hard with the skin smoothing. I'll fix 2 and crop the fifth and upload them, and you can let me know what you think :)

Thanks again guys

It seems that the lines in the picture of the window are still not completely horizontal, especially comparing the bottom one against the horizontal edge.

I like two and wouldn't sweat the not exactly parallel lines. I would have liked to see a warmer version also though. But even the books in the window lined up the way they do make that picture work. Thanks for sharing.
