I like the site layout but find the menu text color on the bottom way to dark. Fonts look really choppy too because of the color blending and the paper thin font you used.

I take it you need still need to fill in the galleries?

I'll work on changing the font color, thanks. Yea I just am doing more of the sections soon and didn't wanna put up older work I wasn't super happy with.

I hear you. I am building a new site right now too. Launching this Saturday morning. 2 months of tweaking finally done. Now its gallery selection time.

I feel like a damn copout though. I know CSS and HTML quite well. My old site I even had a database set up to auto populate my gallery, but the gallery sucked and my design skills aren't so great. I'm a code nerd, not a desinger, so I went with a template and customised it this time. At least until I can spend quality time designing something decent. :/

Five of ten seconds of "loading..." is usually enough to make anyone reach for the back button.

I think you want some sort of image in the main page. And the menu elements that basically scoot out of the way of the mouse are a needless distraction since it's not clear what they accomplish by moving.


Image editing and C&C always OK
