I have to try this once. I don't see how you all post such sharp pictures with the 100KB limit. This is a highly cropped shot of a hummer, taken with my 20D and my 300 f/4 IS L with a 1.4 ext., 1/2000, f/6.3, ISO 1600. I mostly want to see how it looks on the BBS but welcome any comments. I am always looking for more sharpness and used USM on this image. I picked this shot to post because it illustrates a bird photography principle I read somewhere, "When you notice your subject looking directly at you, TAKE THE PICTURE!" I came across this forum by accident and find it very entertaining and educational.
