yup, my workhorse 24-70.

Thanks. I've been thinking of selling my 24-105 for a 16-35 or 24-70 for PJ work. This includes basketball coverage. The choice isn't easy.

the 24-105 is useless in most gyms and the 16-35 is great for baseline work, but still tends to be a bit short. to me, for the way i shoot, the 24-70 is perfect. plus, you'll get more overall use out of the more versatile 24-70 range.

I'm on a 7D so I figure the 16-35 might be better. Your shots aren't helping.

thank you again. i too would like more shots of the cheerleaders, but the camera men gets in the way and get too lazy to get up to reposition myself on the sideline.
