This is my first post in this section. I attempt to focus mainly on portraits so this is uncharted waters for me. There is incredible work here!

A couple of days ago I took the family on a field trip to the Kansas Air Museum. Here are some photos taken while there.

I've seen signs along I-70 and wondered whether it would be worth the detour to visit. Unfortunately its right in the middle of a marathon drive for me so I've never stopped.

They've got some extremely unique airplanes there! As I recall they've got a bunch of other great stuff tucked away in the back somewhere too. Considering this 'isn't your thing' I think you did a great job with it. Looks like some challenging lighting in there but you handled it well!

Yeah there is not much there. There is the for some potential amazing portraits because the lot and building need tons of work. But it is great for what it is. The museum in Omaha has a much better archive . "Doc" the B-29 superfortress is no longer on display.

Thank you ryanapem, Im trying to improve. I will have 1 year of serious photography under my belt in January.

I agree with the "non abrasive simian..."

Your fourth frame is your strongest but I like the POV you've taken in all of them. A photographer after my own heart (and style!)

Well Done!! :D

It's in Wichita, KS. It's attached to Mcconnell AFB in the old Wichita municipal airport.
