These images are from like April/May of this year so it's hard to remember exactly what I did, but I played with the HSL individual sliders, adjusted contrast, etc all the normal stuff. Dodge burn on some spots. The group shot I overlaid a black/white copy and screened it back a touch...i also added a slight grunge texture behind the girls.

I never tried overlaying a black/white copy. Is this what gives it that tone to the photo in the first one (group shot)?
