Nice fotos, to me the last one is the best, the lights and dark sky makes nice contrast. But mayby litle bit more levels adjusting and more hdr and sharpness for the other pictures to make them little bit more dramatic? Also if you use the skew tool on photoshop you can make the buildings angles square with horizont. Otherwise good job and nice to see that there was no grain in these fotos!
