I'd get a 1.4 and or 2.0 TC for your trip

Teleconverter. Increases your focal length by the ratio on the TC, e.g., 200mm x 1.4 = 280mm. Note that the 1.4 results in a one stop loss of light while the 2.0 will lose 2 stops. Some say that the TC's will cause a loss of sharpness, but I have never seen that with a 1.4 on my 500mm lens and I have read recent accounts the the new 70-200 f2.8 works great with the 2.0 TC.

Pretty much any place that sells photographic equipment. I think Canon calls them tele-extenders.
