Hey, so I had no intention of shooting this as a pano when I took the shots but I found they did stitch together decently... and while its not a giant pano it still is wider than a regular shot. Although some of them are not as crisp because they were not intended to be pano shots and were more of a snapshot than a real photograph. C&C Plz

And... one of myself (self portrait with timer)... I think its pretty darn sweet if I can say so myself, even though I might be a bit biased!

Thanks for looking, C&C greatly appreciated... never done pano shots before so I would love to get better!

I think your "attempt" worked very well! Beautiful shots.

Your self portrait works very well. Gives the scene a focal point that the others lack.

the last one is my favorite because that's the only real way to enjoy a scenic; being there and taking it in.

The last one is pretty damn sweet :P

I would have positioned the camera higher? Dunno.

Thanks Richard. I honestly did not take many pictures from this perspective without me in it, because I felt it helped out by having that.

Could not have said it better myself. This picture was a highlight of my trip. This place was 10x better in real life... not having a soul around while I had lunch here by the stream that fed into this glacier lake.

Get me a taller tripod? I had the tripod rather high. This rock I am on is pretty big, although it might not show it. I was not working with an amazing set of tripod legs, but they are able to get rather high. I did not extend the tripod past its legs fully extended because I liked this composition better and it had more of the reflection.
