35-135 USM with non-standard hood. (works well with a crop camera)

The original ET-62 hood works too but because it is shaped slightly differently at the bottom, it won't fit reversed on the lens like the II version does. Did you notice that the "correct" EW-62 is identical (except the printing) to the ES-62 for the 50/1.8 II?

The EF 28-90mm 1:4-5.6 III. 28-90s were popular kit lenses with the later film EOS cameras. Canon made five different versions of the 28-90mm with some also available with a silver finish. This one is the latest of them and it is available in a silver model as well. It is only 190g so it is small and weighs almost nothing. These can be had used very cheaply. Mine was new in box when I bought it so the plastic movements are quite tight. Other used ones I have seen are more loose so I presume that they wear in.

Optically it has quite good contrast but it doesn't seem to resolve fine details so you get images that can appear sharp but are not quite as detailed as if you had used an expensive lens. It focuses to a respectable 0.3x magnification and handles close-up filters pretty well. It seems sharpest near the close-focus limit where it does quite well. Focus is quite quick and accurate and nearly silent even though it isn't a USM lens.

Newest addition, Olympus OM Zuiko 28/3.5. Might lack a bit speed, but the size of it!! Oh and it's as sharp as the L f3.5 vs f4. :) Best thing, it set me back about 50usd.

Ive just found a little treasure;)
My wife found my (very) old EOS 650 with its 50mm f1.8 (non mark II)
The lens works perfect (after 18 years) !
I cant believe how more sturdy and better build the old 50mm is compared to the 50 f1.8 II.
It has the little focus distance window and a metal mount and nice focus ring.
I'll take a better pic later and mount it here, but for now is mounted in my XSI:D
here it is the EOS 650 with my new , old 50mm f1.8

Mine still works great too. This was my first film camera, my yearbook teacher gave it to me.
