I wish the 50mm f/1.2 had the same case, always preferred the bulbous look.

Some older objectives are known for having oil inside them that can easily smudge the inner lenses. The 50 1.8 I is from 1988, the 50 2.5 from 1987. That's quite old. I guess for their photo shooting I should have them rotated.... Maybe for the next photo shooting of my other L lenses
