Canon's shortest EF prime, the EF 40mm f/2.8 STM with Canon's shortest EF zoom lens, the EF 22-55mm f/4-5.6 USM.

22-55? what a strange focal length

It came with the old film APS SLRs, so offered a similar field of view to the EF-S 18-55mm, yet was also compatible with 35mm/full frame and so isn't as wide. If I remember correctly the 18-55mm actually covers full frame down to around 20mm, so perhaps they are actually based off the same optical formula yet the 18-55mm is able to go a bit wider due to not having to cover such a large sensor.

70-200mm f/2.8 I think, looks too big to be the f/4 and the zoom ring is wider than the focus ring where as they're closer in size on the f/4 (at least the versions I've seen).

Can't believe I've never noticed that, I would've assumed the f/4 would have a petal hood too.

How come the TCs are 3 different sizes? You've got the 1.4x in the middle, did they make the 2x in two different lengths or is it some obscure model with a different magnification?

There are differences between the 2XII and 2XIII (and also the 1.4XII and 1.4XIII)

The 1.4x II vs III and 2x II vs III are slightly different sizes and shapes.

Hmm, the length difference looked a lot more than that but I'm guessing that's just the perspective. Have you tried slapping them all on the 500mm (I think)? Viffer did something similar in the setup thread ( https://photography-on-the.net …p=15055380&postcount=5193 ) except with a 600mm and only 2 2xTCs on a Pentax Q.
