Never seen the first lens it looks nice its tilt shift..

Its a really rare lens.
The lens started its life as a Medium Format lens which the factory then converts to any mount option you require.
This one is a 80mm f2.8 and yes, its a tilt & shift lens
No electronics and its completely manual.
The benefit over the TS-e range is that both the tilt and the shift are 360 degree rotatable independently
