I took this in my kitchen with the natural light that was available, which was very little. I was simply playing with my surrounding and settings. I suppose I could have bumped the ISO in order to reduce shutter speed, but I had a stable foundation on which to place the camera, so I left it low. I also wanted a shallow depth of field, hence the selected aperature. Inspeqtor wrote in post #18557621 It might be possible that Doddste is also a rookie? You are right, I am a “rookie”. I’m not a pro, and I don’t claim to be. Just a guy that enjoys snapping some photos every now and then. I took this photo the other week and thought that I would contribute as the thread asks. Being that your comment was to only make that suggestion, and not to answer James Crocket’s original question (which you quoted),your response comes off as an unecessary slight. Canon 5D Mark IV

Examples: Camera - 1.4x III - 2x II - Lens Camera - 2x III - 2x II - Lens You could also use a short extension tube between extenders, to stack any combination, but you lose infinity focus. Great info. Thanks.

I am jealous of those Carbon Fiber lens hoods! Life is for living, cameras are to capture it (one day I will learn how!).
