I am still sorta new at all of this, but I do a lot of reading and practicing...I would say they are a little dark (play around with exposure a tad) and a little yellow (toy with the white balance) and they would be more appealing if the baby was off center (check out the rule of thirds) or cropped to an up and down portrait shot. Otherwise, great pics :)

#2 is the best. I always shoot my nephews and nieces. It's hard to retain their attention and get eye contact. (much less trying to get smiles and what not). having a family member standing over you with a toy sometimes helps. Nice set nevertheless.......

Cute girl!!! I like the light on her skin. A bit yellow and dark. I noticed some blurred edge and thought it was a mistake. Once I looked closer I can tell it was intentional. Hmmm. I guess I'm not loving that effect but thats just MO.

Very cute. A little yellow but I like the set anyway.

Her face in #4 has my cracking up.

Thanks for the comments. I was trying something different with the blurred border but I'm not feeling it either.
