A D40 and none of my lights. They were primitive days.

One year ago I had: 40D, 17-40L, 50mm 1.8, 100mm 2.8 macro, Sigma 10-20
Now I have : 5DMkII, 24-70L, 35L, 50mm 1.8

Indeed Omar! I'm trying real hard not to be a gear-head.

In the last year, ive been quite the little jumper, so bear with me...Ive gone:

Olympus E-3

Olympus 12-60mm f2.8-4.0, Olympus 50mm f2.0, Olympus fl-36 flash

Nikon D300s

Sigma 24-70mm f2.8, Nikon 50mm, f1.4, Nikon SB-900 flash

Canon 7D

Sigma 10-20mm f3.5, Canon 24-70mm f2.8, Canon 50mm f1.4

I think ive found where i'll be most happy, in terms of brand wise, still waiting on the 5dmkII successor though

I think im done experimenting for now....i tried to fight it but in the end, ended up where i should of been in the first place..lol

I had a Rebel XT , 50 1.8 and 18-55.

New gear is 20D and Vivitar 383 speedlight.

last year this time i had a canon 30d and a sigma 30mm f1.8 and no lighting

now i have a gripped 5d canon 28mm f1.8, 50mm f1.4, and a 85mm f1.8, ab800 x2, vagabond 2, large foldable octabox, a l358 and more that i dont remember at this point

A year ago I had a EOS 450D + 18-55 kit lens.
