Not a complaint, just a fyi because I cannot determine where the problem lies.

I'm getting substantial packet loss - 25% and some at 50% to potn.

Randomly tested other domains and forums and no loss reported.

Although I did notice on IT Report that N. America is currently at 76 with 18% average.

Sorry, can't do a tracert - nothing installed and the DOS one is a pain.

From Finland there is no packet loss so it must be between you and Dallas. A traceroute would help to see how your hops route, if you get one PM me. With DOS (command prompt) you can do it with

traceroute 67.228.38.154
