I was in NYC yesterday. I only had a few hours to get out in shoot but I had a great time and can't wait to go back and explore a little more.

I have been wanting to know how to do just this for a while now. Im not sure what to call it so i really have no way to search for a way to do it.

I want to learn how to make a sort of vignette (for lack of a better word) with blurring.

Could i possibly ask how you did this?

I REALLY like this image!
