Hey guys... Here are some photos from a recent family session we just did... Please let me know what you think! I hope I did not post too many... Please let me know if I did!

I love how crisp your photos are :) Are these taken at night? I can never seem to get an entire family in focus like that. Do you have any tips? I usually use natural light but just bought the 580EX II.

Thanks Traci,

No these were not taken at night... I used 2 strobes and stopped down to I think F13... #3 was taken natural light, 50 f1.4... Hope this helps!

3 Is the best out of all of them, I would try and clone out the drool, unless the family like it. In the rest the whites are all blown out.

Do you think its where the background it darker that makes it look bright? hmmm I may need to find a way to calibrate my monitor....

Well...I'll be honest..my lcd is not calibrated, however, my monitor and the shots I print are pretty dern close....
I think that the light is too harsh...too to bright. The BG is a tad dark...but not terrible.
