Hdr is often used to tame a wide dynamic range, to rocover some highlights and find detail in shadows. it can also be used to produce a sketches/ water colors, painterly effect, which is what we have here. Judging this within its own genre, I would say you have done ok. some halos around the building, but not terrible. also the light post inexplicably are dark on top and light on the bottom. My Flickr

I was going for the experimental painterly look... also the center part or the brick at the top looks dirty. the light was flat that day and some of the lampposts took a duo tone... I also used some more layers and a layer of Topaz. thanks again i have seen your stuff and its great HDR! Beauty is in the eye of the checkbook holder...

Beauty is in the eye of the checkbook holder...
