I've never purchased from them, but everything I've heard says that they are a reputable vendor.

They're wonderful. I bought my 1D mk II from them with absolutely no problems - actually, it arrived two days before I was expecting it, and it was amazingly packaged.

I'm about to buy some strobes from them right now too.

I bought my 1d MKIII and several lenses, flashes, etc. from them. I have shopped in the Cambridge, MA store and purchased on line several times. They provide personal service. Excellent vendor IMO.

I've bought form them without issues. They had stock problems with their Genesis strobes and people were waiting months for them and were rarely informed that they were on backorder. I imagine that generated a few complaints.

They are great--I live near the Oakbrook location (Chicago suburbs)--super helpful folks; would recommend them without qualification.

I've bought a few items from them either directly or via other websites (amazon, ebay) depending where the best price was and never had any trouble. Fast shipping.

I've bought from them before with no problems until this last order. I received eberything, but a few items. Checked with them and they said things were on back order. After a couple of weeks I received a couple more things. I'm still waiting on a flash tube and a packet of model release cars. I ordered this stuff over two months ago. I recently went back on to their website and it has changed. I had to resign up and the order number does not work. I've emailed them twice and no response. I work nights and sleep during the day. I'm off today and will give them a call. But right now, i'm not a happy camper.

I've never had issues like this before and I've ordered several time from them. The quality of the products are good.

I just got a 5D mark II from them, with several goodies (cheap stuff, but whatever) included. Body only, $2,399. I only trust certain retailers and they've done well by me in the past.

Right now, if you use coupon code: BLACKFRIDAY you can get a discount. I got $100 off.
