I can't tell if the vignetting was intentional or if it was your lens but that makes it look even more underexposed. If it was not intentional, it can be corrected in PS under Filter > Distort > Lens Correction.

It is a bit underexposed, and if you want to be super picky, perhaps clone out the poles that the road leads your eye toward in the upper right hand corner. http://mpaulphotography.wordpress.com
